Your Responsibilities:

• Sales: Conduct in-store sales of dietary supplements, ensuring excellent customer service.
• Stock Management: Unpack deliveries and organize products on shelves to maintain an appealing store layout.
• Store Maintenance: Keep the store clean, tidy, and presentable at all times.
• Mail Order Sales: Handle online orders and coordinate shipping processes.
• Customer Communication: Manage email and phone inquiries, providing timely and helpful responses.

Job description

At Perfect Body Zone we are looking for someone to help us pick & pack our online orders. Full training will be provided.

Shift:
- Monday 10:00am - 4:00pm
- Tuesday - Friday 12:00pm - 4:00pm / 13:00pm - 4pm

- Saturdays (optional) 10am - 5pm

Total: 18-29h/week

The Role:
- Picking dietary supplements correctly for specific orders
- Packing orders ready for Despatch
- Sending emails to customers
- Answering phone and support customers with their online orders
- Working safely and accurately at speed and following instructions
- Maintaining a clean and tidy workspace in the store
- Unloading deliveries coming to store
- Organising shelves

You Must Have:

- Great communication skills
- Be competent with computerised systems and possess good computer skills
- Ability to work well in a team but be self-motivated and a self-starter
- Keeping an eye on details
- Driving license will be advantage

Probation period 3 months
Salary: £8-£12, negotiable
