RETURNS POLICY AT PerfectBodyShape.co.uk

PerfectBodyShape.co.uk operates in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. 

PerfectBodyShape.co.uk  is aware that on occasion product issues can occur. In order to ensure we provide the best possible customer service when something does go wrong, please follow the guidelines set out below.


THE BUYER'S CONTRACT


You may cancel your contract with PerfectBodyShape.co.uk for any products you have ordered at any time up to the end of the 30th working day from the date you received the ordered products. To cancel your contract, you must notify our Customer Services team in writing.
You do not need to provide PerfectBodyShape.co.uk  a reason for cancelling your contract, nor will you incur any penalty as a result.


If you cancel your contract, but we have already processed the products for delivery, you must not open the products when you receive them and you must send all of the goods back to us.
If you have received your products before you cancelled your contract, you must send the goods back to our return address.

DAMAGED ITEMS


Any damage to items within your order must be reported in writing to our Customer Services team within 48 hours of when you received the ordered products.  We may ask you to return the items for which we will refund the postal charges.


PerfectBodyShape.co.uk  may request photographic evidence of any damaged goods in respect of your claim. Authorisation must then be given by us to return the damaged goods before we can release any refund or arrange any product(s) reshipments.

RETURNING SUPPLEMENTS AND GYM ACCESSORIES/CLOTHING PRODUCTS


Any issues with your order, with the exception of damage, must be reported to our Customer Services team within 7 days for both UK orders and International orders from the date of receipt of the products.


You will be responsible for the cost of returning all unwanted (non faulty) items back to us. We recommend using a courier or Royal Mail's recorded delivery service for insurance purposes.
All returns must first be authorised by a member of our Customer Services Team, at which time you will be supplied with all the relevant information regarding how to return your item to us. To do so please contact the Customer Service team via email or telephone.


All returns must be returned with the invoice you received with your goods and the fully completed PerfectBodyShape.co.uk . Any incomplete forms will impact the time it takes to process your refund or exchange. PerfectBodyShape.co.uk Returns forms can be  founded at the bottom of home page.
Any specialist instructions given to you by the Customer Services team regarding the return of goods must be adhered to at all times.


Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund/exchange/credit for any opened products.
Refunds will be issued for the cost of the item only; initial postage costs will not be refunded. Please allow up to a maximum of 14 days for the adjustment to be visible on your account.

RETURNING OR EXCHANGING PEPTIDES

Due to the sensitive nature of peptides and their specific storage requirements, peptide products are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

This ensures customers are aware that peptides are non-returnable. Let me know if you'd like further adjustments.

UNCLAIMED PACKAGES

If a customer fails to collect their package within the designated timeframe or provides incorrect shipping information resulting in the return of the package, PerfectBodyShape.co.uk reserves the right to charge the customer for the return shipping costs. This applies even if the customer originally qualified for free shipping as part of their order value or any promotional offer.

Return Process:

  • Upon receiving notification of an unclaimed or returned package, PerfectBodyShape.co.uk will contact the customer to arrange for reshipment or refund, subject to the terms of this policy.
  • The customer may be required to provide additional information or documentation to facilitate the return process.

Refund or Reshipment:

  • If the customer chooses a refund, the original shipping costs (if any) will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • If the customer requests a reshipment, they will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for the second delivery attempt, in addition to any return shipping costs incurred.

RETURN TIMEFRAME


We must receive the item(s) back within 30 days of receipt in an unopened and re-saleable condition for UK orders and 14 days of receipt for international orders.
Any orders returned to us because we were supplied insufficient or incorrect address details are subject to a re-delivery charge.
None of the above affects your statutory rights.
