The product also provides calcium, magnesium and zinc – minerals that are essential to keep your bones healthy. FLEX GUARD is recommended to athletes following strenuous training regime who are often at risk of overload and injuries.

INGREDIENTS: hydrolyzed collagen type I; maltodextrin; MSM (methylsulfonylmethan); acidity regulator – citric acid; glucosamine sulphate 2KCl; hydrolyzed collagen type II; L-proline; magnesium salts of citric acid; MEG-3® POWDER – fish oil microcapsules [60% of refined fish oil; gelatine; anticaking agents – sodium phosphate, calcium silicate; maltodextrin; acidity regulators – sodium ascorbate, citric acid; rapeseed oil; aroma; antioxidant – tocopherols; sunflower oil]; acidity regulator – malic acid; calcium salts of orthophosphoric acid; aromas; chondroitin sulphate; vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid); colorant for mango & orange flavour – beta-carotene; sweetening agent – sucralose; sodium hyaluronate; colorant for wildberry flavour – azorubine.
Recommended daily portion is 15 g.
Dissolve one portion of the product – 15 g (2,5 scoops) in 200 ml of water. Take 1 serving daily, preferably 30 min. before a meal.
